Please note – this consultation is only concerned with reviewing Bradford Metropolitan District Council internal council ward boundaries.
The Local Government Boundary Commission is not looking at the external boundaries of Bradford. Nor can it consider any other local issues in Bradford.
We are specifically seeking views on current and proposed internal ward boundaries. Please see the map for details.
If you would like to raise any other issue specific to your local area, please contact your local Councillor, Bradford Metropolitan District Council or your Member of Parliament.
We review the electoral and boundary arrangements of councils to make sure they are fair. Our reviews include at least two rounds of public consultation before we make recommendations for change.

Effective date
The City of Bradford (Electoral Changes) Order 2004 was made on 22 January 2004.
Final report
Our recommendations for new electoral and boundary arrangements were published on 29 July 2003.
